Nearly 2 years of selling, the 80A blue sea car with Nghe An enterprise still has no buyers'

Although posted for nearly 2 years, but Toyota Land Cruiser blue sea car 80A - 017.88 still has no buyers.

On August 15, responding to  VTC News , an official from Nghe An Department of Finance said that the blue sea truck 80A-017.88 despite having reduced the price to 2.2 billion but still no buyers.  

Thus, for nearly 2 years, Nghe An province has repeatedly posted the auction notice for Toyota Land Cruiser 80A - 017.88 but there are still no individuals and organizations to register to buy.

Previously, the starting price of the above-mentioned car was VND 2.4 billion, which now decreased to VND 2.2 billion. Currently, the blue sea car 80A-017.88 is being kept at the headquarters of Nghe An Finance Department.

Vehicle 80A-017.88 by Tuan Loc company presented the Office of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee but many times the auction still has no buyers.

Car to Toyota Land Cruiser VX blue sea 80A - 017.88 produced in 2014 was donated by Tuan Loc Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (headquarter in Ho Chi Minh City) to Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office. Entrepreneur Tran Tuan Loc is from Nam Dan district, Nghe An. 

Regarding the origin of vehicles to the blue sea 80A - 017.88, Dispatch 560 / CV-VPTU of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee Office sent to Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee clearly stating: March 20, 2014, General Meeting of Shareholders of the Ancient Company The construction investment section of Tuan Loc (headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City) has the decision No. 217 / QD-DHDCĐ on giving vehicles to Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, creating conditions for vehicles to serve business, especially in Western Nghe An districts and foreign countries with Laos. Car value is 2.7 billion. 

The dispatch clearly states:  "The donation of cars to Nghe An Provincial Party Committee is completely voluntary by the company, was agreed and decided by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Tuan Loc Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company".

 Two cars to the blue sea by CIENCO 4 and Tuan Loc Company gave Nghe An province 

Reportedly, in June 2018, Nghe An functional agency successfully auctioned the green car to Toyota Land Cruiser VX BKS 80A - 167.68 (awarded by Civil Engineering Construction Corporation 4 - CIENCO 4 to Van Nghe An Provincial People's Committee room with the price of VND 2.6 billion (starting price is VND 2.5 billion). The winning bidder is a private enterprise based in Vinh City.  

Previously, from March 2017, public opinion Nghe An talked about how the leaders of Nghe An province ride in excess of the prescribed standards as well as the origin of the two "cars to the blue sea" mentioned above. . 

However, Nghe An province said that the above two businesses donated cars to the Provincial Party Committee Office and Nghe An Provincial People's Committee Office was completely voluntary and stemmed from the heart towards Nghe An homeland.
